OP Netherite

Upgrading to netherite is hard and underwhelming. This data pack aims to fix that by applying effects when using netherite tools or wearing netherite armor. I also added the mace as a bonus because i feel it has the same problems as netherite.

Pickaxe/axe/shovel/hoe applies haste II

Sword applies strength II

Spear applies speed II (very fun from my own testing)

Mace applies jump boost II (also very fun, especially with wind burst)

Wearing a full set of armor doubles the player's base health
